 Perform in-services to educate personnel on tissue donation and recovery process.
 Actively participate in rotational on-call schedule to appropriately cover needs of recovery site operations.
 Assist in organ recovery in an operating room environment, demonstrating proficiency in sterile techniques and aseptic guidelines within accordance to company policy and procedures.
 Proficient in all aspects of necessary office duties that include making rotational on-call monthly schedule, ordering supplies, keeping proper inventory and storage of supplies following FDA regulations.
 Request necessary COA’s of supplies, weekly autoclave testing, sterilizing instrumentation, and other office duties performed to stay in compliance with FDA regulations.
