Conduct thorough investigation of offenders and interview using Risk/Need Assessment Process. Counsel probationers and initiative drug screenings, enforce all orders of the court, conduct probation violation hearings, and make appropriate recommendations to court. Train and mentor interns and provide complete understanding of all job requirements. Continue to foster great working relationship with Assistant Chief Probation Officer and Chief Probation Officer.
